Warranty Policy

At Bingltd, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Bingltd or an authorized Bingltd reseller.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship 
  • Manufacturing

that occur under normal intended use and service.

If a product is determined by Bingltd to be defective due to a manufacturing or material defect, Bingltd may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product or defective component; or
  • Provide an appropriate refund or store credit. 

The remedy provided shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available under this warranty.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. To process your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the damaged product;
  • Photos of the packaging;
  • Photos of the shipping label.

Upon verification, Bingltd will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper installation or assembly;
  • Misuse or abuse;
  • Neglect;
  • Accidents;
  • Improper storage;
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures;
  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations made after delivery;
  • Commercial or industrial use beyond the intended application;
  • Transportation or handling after delivery;
  • Normal wear and tear.

NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS

Many Bingltd products are manufactured from natural wood. Because wood is a natural material, variations in: Grain pattern; Color; Texture; Knots; Mineral streaks; Surface appearance; are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece of wood is unique, and no two products will be identical.

WOOD MOVEMENT & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Wood naturally responds to changes in temperature and humidity. As a result, products may experience: Expansion or contraction; Minor warping; Checking; Surface cracks; Color changes over time. These natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects and are not covered under this warranty. Products should be stored and used in a temperature-controlled environment. 

USTOMER MODIFICATIONS

Any product that has been altered, modified, refinished, cut, drilled, painted, stained, or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Bingltd reserves the right to request photographs, documentation, or additional information necessary to evaluate a claim. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products. Any liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product.
