Section 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on most standard products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of damage caused after delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Products returned in damaged, modified, or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Section 2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized products
- Special-order items manufactured to customer specifications
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer modification.
Because custom orders are produced specifically for each customer, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, all custom orders are final sale.
Section 3. RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is issued.
Section 4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by Bingltd
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Section 5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
- Description of the issue.
Once verified, Bingltd will, at its discretion:
- Ship a replacement item,
- Ship missing components,
- Correct the order at no additional cost, or
- Provide an appropriate refund.
For approved claims involving Bingltd error, a prepaid return label will be provided and no restocking fee will apply.

Section 8. REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to three to five (3-5) business days after receipt of the returned item for inspection and processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Section 9. REFUSED SHIPMENTS & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Orders returned due to:
- Refused delivery
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the package
may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and the standard 20% restocking fee.
