We offer a 30-days Return Policy that starts from the date your order is received. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Any shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be delivered back to us in good condition, meaning the products are undamaged and unaltered. Damaged items are not refundable.

This policy is in place because custom-made products are designed exclusively for you and, as a result, cannot be readily resold or returned to inventory. We want to ensure that every aspect of your custom order meets or exceeds your expectations, and we encourage clear communication during the customization process to address any concerns upfront.
Once your return is received, then a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow two business days from the date your return is delivered to us for processing.
