We offer many legs to help you make the perfect room.
Ultimately, we want our legs to work for you. Whethere it's custom made furniture or old furniture needing a makeover.
Leg Measurement
Height
Height will determine how high or low your furniture will sit.
Top Width
Top width is provided to ensure that legs do not stick out of the sides of the sofa.
Hanger Bolt
Most of our legs come with a 5/16” bolt, 18 thread count, which is a common and standard bolt size.
Installation
If replacing furniture legs:
- Remove one of the furniture legs being replaced
- Confirm that bolt from your current furniture legs match with the bolt of the new legs (bolt size and thread count.) You can check this by seeing if the bolts fit together like a puzzle with no space between the threads.
- Place new leg bolt into bolt-nut embedded inside furniture and turn clockwise slowly until tighten
- If there is resistance when turning the leg, please stop as the bolt may not match the bolt-nut
- If first leg was installed without issue, complete the process by replacing the remaining furniture legs
If installing furniture legs to new furniture without legs:
- Determine if your furniture has an embedded bolt-nut inside your furniture
- If there are no pre-drilled holes or bolt-nuts on your furniture, then a drill, hammer and T-Nut adapter kit will be needed to install your new legs. Refer to T-Nut Installation.

T-Nut Installation
Our “Sure-fit Sofa Leg Adapter Kit” comes with four T-nuts and twelve wood screws. Please ensure you have a complete kit and gather necessary tools: Hammer, Drill, Phillips Head Bit, 1/2” Drill Bit & 1/16” Drill Bit.
- If your furniture already has pre-drilled holes with embedded bolt-nuts, then the bolts-nuts may need to be removed and holes widened to allow installation of T-nuts. Determine if removal is necessary and remove bolt-nuts if needed.
- If your furniture does not have predrilled holes or embedded bolt-nuts, then determine placement of T-nuts according to the new legs being installed. Ensure T-nuts are in a strong section of your furniture, will allow legs to sit within frame, and leaves enough room to secure T-nuts with wood screws
- Mark the point that needs to be drilled
- Using a 1/2" Drill Bit, drill holes wide enough for T-nuts to be inserted
- Once T-nut placement is determined, T-nut holes drilled and prep work completed; T-nuts can be installed
- Hammer T-nuts in place
- Using a 1/16” Drill Bit, predrill wood screw holes.
- Using Phillips Head Bit, secure each T-nut with the three wood screws
